Caring manner and curiosity
Getting to work with Simon has really helped to shift my mindset. Working with a coach has been something I had thought about doing for years but I had never got around to. When this opportunity came up I jumped at the chance.

I really admire how Simon created such a safe and calm environment online. He quietly but confidently held the space, encouraged, challenged, and accepted inviting me to explore loads more than I had anticipated.
